How to Leave a Wire Talk review

In honor of Father’s Day coming up this weekend (hint hint ladies) On WireTalk today we are answering your questions all about dad and we've got a special guest with us in the studio today to help us out … Greg Stubbs! We always love it when Greg is on the podcast or joins Karen for a talk or a video, listen in for Greg's wisdom on fatherhood, parenting and so much more. Click the play button above to hear Greg's thoughts on the questions below:

Question 1: OTHER than sex, how can I show my husband that I appreciate the kind of father he is? I’d love to make him feel special on Father’s Day with more than just a tie.

Question 2: How did Greg manage to establish such a great relationship with your kids when he was gone so often? My husband travels 3 out of 4 weeks each month and I worry that the kids (2 and 4 now) will hardly know him if this is the norm while they’re growing up.

Question 3: We just had our first child and it’s really hard for me to read how my husband is feeling about everything. He’s an internal processor and doesn’t share his feelings about anything, hardly ever. I feel like my life has been completely turned upside down (in good ways and hard ways) by our daughter but it’s hard to tell if my husband is enjoying fatherhood or if he has any of the same emotions I do or if he is just tolerating it. How do I draw him out?

Question 4: I was raised in a home where my dad was clearly the spiritual leader. He was always teaching us Bible stories and giving us life lessons, the same way I’ve heard you talk about Greg. My husband wasn’t raised that way at all, and even though he’s been a Christian since college, he doesn’t do those types of things for our children. I find myself wanting more from him in the way he leads our family, but I’m not sure if I should talk to him directly about it or just pray for that. I don’t want to come across as holier-than-thou or condescending, but it is something I want for our family.
